On May 13, Wuchuang Group, together with Mile Urban Development Group and Hebei Runnong Water-Saving Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Runnong Water-Saving" for short), held the groundbreaking ceremony for the "Phase III Project of 10,000-mu Digital Blueberry Base and the Expansion Project of Dongfeng Breeding & Seedling Base" at the Dongfeng Breeding & Seedling Base in Mile City, Yunnan Province. Ms. Ma Jingfen, founder of the Chu Orange brand and Chairman of Wuchuang Yunnan Blueberry Co., Ltd. (also known as "Grandma Zhu Ma"), key leaders of the Dongfeng Administrative Committee, and representatives of cooperative entities including Mile Urban Development Group and Runnong Water-Saving attended the foundation-laying ceremony.

In his speech, Gao Wei, Deputy General Manager of Runnong Water-Saving and General Manager of the Southwest Region, stated that the Yunnan Wuchuang Mile Dongfeng Digital Blueberry Base Construction Project is not only a benchmark achievement in the development of agricultural modernization, but also a demonstration project that promotes the transformation and upgrading of the regional economy and facilitates the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
