On April 29, Hebei Runnong Water-Saving Technology Co., Ltd. held the first-quarter work meeting of 2025, which was presided over by General Manager Ding Huijun.

At the meeting, heads of various subsidiaries, branches, and departments delivered comprehensive reports on their work performance in the first quarter. To advance the implementation of the enterprise's strategic goals, Ding Huijun put forward seven key work requirements focusing on core areas such as R&D, marketing, operations, model innovation, talent development, and compliance management:
First, strengthen R&D management and benchmark against international standards. Establish a special responsibility system for R&D projects, with clear responsible persons assigned to each team. Benchmark against world-class enterprises to drive technological innovation and product upgrading, and enhance core competitiveness.
Second, optimize the marketing system and clarify four major functions. The Marketing Department should deepen domestic market promotion to expand market share; improve the dealer system and strengthen channel collaboration; advance the implementation of brand strategies to enhance brand value and influence; and innovate new media operation models to build a digital marketing matrix.
Third, improve operational synergy and pool development forces. Establish a full-process internal collaboration system, with the common strategic goals as the core, to promote efficient linkage across the business chain.
Fourth, explore model innovation and activate the industrial ecosystem. Focus on internal capability building, explore the practical path of the "operator model," and innovate the agricultural version of the "Wanda Plaza" operation model.
Fifth, focus on talent development to consolidate the foundation for growth. The Human Resources Department should optimize the recruitment process to accurately introduce talents for key positions; implement a full-staff performance appraisal system to stimulate employee vitality.
Sixth, adhere to the bottom line of safety and strengthen the defense line for development. Improve safety management systems to ensure stable and orderly production and operation, and firmly hold the bottom line of compliant development.
Seventh, deepen integrity building and foster a clean and upright atmosphere. Strengthen education on clean employment, establish a long-term supervision mechanism, advocate the professional ethics of "serving the public rather than self-interest," and cultivate a corporate cultural environment of integrity and positivity.
Ding Huijun emphasized that all employees should take the seven key tasks as guidance, focus on goals, work diligently and pragmatically, and jointly create a new situation for the high-quality development of the enterprise!
