Tangshan's 2024 High-standard Farmland Construction Field Observation and Training Workshop Successfully Held

To optimize the management level of farmland construction, improve soil fertility, enhance project quality, advance project progress, and at the same time encourage and support enterprises to participate in high-standard farmland construction, the "2024 Tangshan High-standard Farmland Construction On-site Observation and Training Session" was held at our company on March 1, 2024.

Xiao Runguang, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of Tangshan Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; Li Guimin, Deputy Director of the Farmland Division of Hebei Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; Kan Yongkang, Deputy Director of Tangshan Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; Li Feng, Fourth-level Researcher of Tangshan Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; Meng Qingying, Section Chief of Tangshan Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; Xue Baosong, Chairman of the Board of Hebei Runnong Water-saving Technology Co., Ltd.; and responsible persons of Bureaus of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in various counties and districts attended the meeting.

Secretary Xiao Runguang delivered an important speech at the opening ceremony, pointing out the existing problems in high-standard farmland construction and the specific methods to solve these problems.

The participants conducted an inspection and research on the 2023 central budget-funded high-standard farmland renovation and upgrading project in Hongqiao Town, Yutian County, and the smart agriculture construction project.

An Shengxin, Assistant to the General Manager of Hebei Runnong Water-saving Technology Co., Ltd., delivered a report themed "The Impact of Agricultural Mechanization on the Development of Smart Agriculture". He introduced the company's unique "1+5+8" smart agriculture model, and put forward the problems emerging in smart agriculture construction as well as corresponding solutions.
