On June 17, 2021, Duan Lingling, First-class Inspector of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Hebei Province, led a team of provincial department leaders including Wu Jimin, First-class Researcher of the Crop Production Division of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Hebei Province, Liu Tianxu, Senior Engineer of the Over-extraction Control Office of the Department of Water Resources of Hebei Province, and Chen Yunhua, Third-class Principal Staff Member of the Water Resources Division of the Department of Water Resources of Hebei Province, to conduct a special inspection on the comprehensive management of groundwater over-extraction in Yutian County. Zhang Yuexian, Vice Mayor of Tangshan City, the Secretary-General of Tangshan Municipal Government, the principal responsible persons of Tangshan Municipal Bureau of Water Resources and Tangshan Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Lan Zhigang, Magistrate of Yutian County, Xue Baosong, Chairman of Hebei Runnong Water-saving Technology Co., Ltd., and An Shengxin, Assistant General Manager of Hebei Runnong Water-saving Technology Co., Ltd., accompanied the inspection throughout the whole process.

The delegation led by the leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Hebei Province conducted an on-site inspection in Qiandushu Village, Hongqiao Town, Yutian County. Chairman Xue Baosong gave a detailed introduction to the leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Hebei Province on the specific development of high-efficiency water-saving irrigation projects in the county.

After the on-site inspection, the delegation led by the leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Hebei Province went to Runnong Water-saving to visit and investigate the development of water-saving irrigation products and related technologies. During this period, An Shengxin, Assistant General Manager, gave a systematic introduction to the smart agricultural Internet of Things (IoT) management system and the application prospects of water-saving irrigation equipment, while Xue Baosong, Chairman of the Board, provided a detailed explanation of the company's business operations, market operations, and industry development.

After listening to the overall introduction about Runnong Water-saving, Duan Lingling, First-class Inspector of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Hebei Province, fully affirmed the achievements our company has made, and put forward higher requirements and placed high expectations on the company's future development.
